The End of an Era

Well...It had to happen sooner or later.
This is the last week of Giant. They have torn down half of
the flower block on 28th. Hotels are being built beside and behind.
The building on the other side has been torn down and the
building we are in will be torn down soon.
The music buildings are turning rooms into condos.
It would be near impossible to build any music studio in the city now.
I will post pix of the studio next week as we close it down.

It is sad but giant has had a 27 year continuous run. There were a lot of good times, good parties and more music than anyone can remember.
